EPOXY RIVER TABLE proudly offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Oregon, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas).

Expedited Shipping

For urgent orders or shipments to non-contiguous states and international destinations, we provide expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote, which you will receive within one business day based on your product dimensions and shipping address.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! We serve customers in the USA, Canada, and most countries worldwide. However, we currently do not deliver to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, North Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and India.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 44-56 business days from design approval to production.
  • Expedited Shipping: Approximately 30-40 business days from design approval to production, with an additional fee.

Note: All delivery times are estimates due to the handmade nature of our products.

Packaging

Your product will be securely packaged in protective blankets and sturdy wood crates to ensure safe transport.

Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a shipping notification via email. Please allow time for the courier to update tracking information.

Address Changes

Please double-check your delivery address. If an error is found before dispatch, contact us immediately. We cannot change the address after the item is dispatched.

Delayed Orders

Delivery may be delayed due to adverse weather or logistical issues. If your order is delayed or you have questions, please contact us.

Partial Shipments

Items may arrive separately as we ship from different warehouses. If you have not received part of your order, please email us with your name and order number.

Refund Policy

At EPOXY RIVER TABLES, our mission is to deliver top-quality, handcrafted furniture tailored to each customer.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations with a valid reason are accepted within 6 hours of placing an order.
  • Once an item is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellations after 72 hours incur a 35% fee.

Return Policy:

  • Refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-customized items with defects.
  • Customized products and special orders are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but assistance is available upon request.
  • Items must be in “as-new” condition to avoid restoration charges.
  • A 35% restocking fee applies for returned items pending inspection.
  • Refunds are not provided for issues related to acts of nature, war, pandemics, or disasters.

Quality Assurance:

  • All items undergo thorough quality checks before delivery.
  • For wrong, damaged, or faulty items, please provide detailed descriptions and photographs for resolution. Partial refunds may be issued accordingly.
  • Damage incurred during home assembly is not covered.
  • Natural wood characteristics (knots, cracks, variations) are not valid reasons for return or refund.

  • Returns due to climate or environmental changes are not accepted.
  • Wood is suitable for indoor use but may experience dimensional changes due to temperature or humidity fluctuations.

At EPOXY RIVER TABLES, we proudly back the quality of our epoxy tables with a 6-month warranty for all products under normal use. Here are the key details:

Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: 6 months from delivery
  • Coverage: Defects in workmanship and materials

Exclusions

  • Custom Components: Any custom-designed parts not in standard offerings.
  • Environmental Exposure: Damage from outdoor use, sunlight, extreme temperatures, or moisture.
  • Natural Wood Characteristics: Knots and grain variations are not defects.
  • Cleaning Products: Using solvents or abrasive materials may void the warranty.
  • Accidental Damage: Misuse or improper handling after leaving our factory.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a claim, please provide:

  • Contact information
  • Item number and description
  • Detailed description of the defect
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Proof of purchase with the date

Claims must be made within the warranty period. We will inspect the product and decide whether to repair or replace it.

Repair Services
